Qingdao Zhongxin Huamei Plastic Co., Ltd. was founded in May 1997. It is a joint venture jointly invested and established by Qimei Industrial (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Xinyu (China) Co., Ltd., Qingdao Xiaozhaizi Industry and Trade Group Co., Ltd., and Danyang Huamei Trading Industry Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 1.65 million US dollars.

The company is located in Xichenghui Industrial Park, Chengyang District, covering an area of 25 acres. It has introduced the computer color matching quality control system independently developed by Taiwan Qimei and more than 20 production lines, with more than 60 sets of testing equipment. The annual production capacity is 27000 tons of dyeing materials and 23000 tons of modified materials, totaling 50000 tons, and the annual sales of various plastic particles are more than 65000 tons.
